About the Cell

Chetna Vikas Mulya Shiksha (CVMS)Cell incepted in 2018 at the university to integrate holistic value-based education into the academic and personal lives of students, faculty and staff. The cell’s primary mission is to foster consciousness development by imparting values that enable individuals to lead meaningful, ethical, and balanced lives. The principles of CVMS Cell is to focus on resolving personal, interpersonal, societal, and ecological problems by grounding human life in simplicity, benevolence, and conscious relationships. The CVMS Cell works in alignment with the principles of Madhyastha Darshan (Co- Existential Philosophy), propounded by the (late) Shri A. Nagraj, Amarkantak (India), which emphasizes the interconnectedness of all beings and the importance of living in harmony with oneself, others, and nature. The CVMS Cell at the university plays a pivotal role in creating a supportive, value- driven educational environment that transcends conventional learning. By aligning with the principles of Madhyastha Darshan and focusing on consciousness development, the cell fosters a generation of students who are not only academically accomplished but also emotionally intelligent, ethically grounded, and socially responsible.

Objectives

CVMS cell creates a balanced educational ecosystem that combines academic learning with personal growth and societal contribution by focusing on ‘Human Consciousness’ and ‘Holistic Value Education’. CVMS cell has an integrated approach to accomplish the following objectives:

Sensitize individuals to understand and accept their natural values and purpose of life for nurturing meaningful relationships, promoting harmonious interactions & facilitating inner transformation.
Elevate individuals to evolve from underdeveloped state of consciousness (unrealistic understanding, inhumane tendencies & narrow perspective) to a state of human consciousness (awareness, humanness, holistic outlook).
Encourage the development of a mindset rooted with their inherent humanness through comprehensive knowledge that fosters intellectual contentment and nurtures virtuous qualities.
Provide coherent, intuitive and focus driven framework to understand the four orders of nature, aiming to establish mental, behavioural, social & natural balance within individuals and communities.
Facilitate cognitive experience in all the dimensions of life such as Spiritual, Intellectual, Behavioral & Material via state of awaked consciousness for the holistic development of the individual.
Promote value education to guide human behaviour and encourage purposeful and meaningful lives by applying co-existential philosophy to enrich and align everyday actions with deeper life principles.
Humanize education and establish humane behaviour in a self-directed manner for personal and global harmony with nature by creating rational & intuitive framework of Knowledge, Wisdom & Science.
